WEB ANALYST
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting user requirements for new and ongoing Web Development efforts; developing and administering user test plans; maintaining the internal Marketing knowledge base (wiki); and facilitating communication between users and the Web Development team.
Qualified Candidates will have:
* Bachelors degree in Information Sciences, Information Technologies, Business Science, Computer Science, or equivalent
* Extensive experience gathering and writing user requirements for Web-based applications.
* Experience writing and administering user test plans for internal and external customers
* A succinct, clear, business-appropriate writing style and outstanding skill in presenting complex or abstract concepts clearly and visually
* Extensive experience using flowcharts, wireframes, UI mockups, UML diagrams, and other information presentation tools
* Knowledge of current and emerging best practices in the disciplines of Requirements Analysis, Information Architecture, and User Experience design
* Familiarity with common Web Development methodologies and platforms (ASP.NET and Adobe Flex knowledge a plus)
* Experience using Microsoft office programs including Visio (Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 knowledge a plus)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, (written, and verbal)
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
